Who are Youngs Mortgages?

Youngs Mortgages is an independent mortgage brokerage based in the North West of England. It is apart of the Connect IFA network providing access to over 150 lenders across the U.K. from High Street Lenders to bespoke bridging and commercial lenders.

Youngs Mortgages is run by Helen Young, a married mum of two primary school aged children and two Labradoodle puppies who were born on the same day that Youngs Mortgages was incorporated with Companies House.

Helen spent many years renting before she bought her first house in her 30’s and fully understands the frustrations of being a first time buyer. Her main passion and motivation for setting up Youngs Mortgages was to be able to guide people through the mortgage process to remove the stress and questions that everyone has.

We inform you of all updates regarding your application from the lender and solicitors. We are always on hand to answer any questions you have about your application progress.

Our History

Helen Young has been in the mortgage industry since 2017 and quickly found a passion for helping people with their mortgages.

Youngs Mortgages Ltd was founded in 2021 following the decision to relocate to the North West to be near family. It was established to help share the knowledge from the industry to help first time buyers and home movers understand the mortgage process better and the other associated requirements when a mortgage is applied for.

Helen has many years experience helping clients with whatever their needs are as a customer and these skills are used during every client interaction. All clients are different and have different needs and Helen understands that.
